Tiro provides various features to help you efficiently share and organize your conversation notes, making them easy to access and manage for future use.
1. Labeling Notes
1) Creating Labels

Use the labeling feature to categorize notes for various purposes, such as business meetings, classes, or seminars. Add personalized labels by clicking "Add more label" in the top left corner of the main screen.
2) Customizing Label Colors
Click on a label icon to change its color. Select your preferred color and click "Save" to update the label's appearance.
3) Reordering Labels
Hover over a label to reveal six dots on its left side. Click and drag the label to rearrange the order easily.
4) Assigning Labels to Notes

You can assign labels to a note by clicking the label option at the top right corner of the note. You can also assign multiple labels to a single note for better categorization. Labels make it easier to organize your notes. Labels won’t be shared even if you share the note.
2. Searching Notes
On the notes list page, you can search for notes using titles, keywords, participant names, or even the content of the conversations and summarized notes. Tiro makes it easy to find notes, even if you only remember vague details, such as “I think this topic was mentioned…”
With these features, Tiro ensures your notes remain accessible, organized, and shareable.
