This guide explains how to manage your Tiro subscription and request refunds when subscribed via the Apple App Store.

Open the Apple App Store. And tap Account > select Subscriptions to see a detailed subscription information.

Here, you can view your active subscriptions.Example: "Light Plan" renews on June 11th.

In the Subscriptions section, select Tiro to see details.

Tap See All Plans to select and switch to a different subscription plan.

To cancel, select Cancel Subscription. This stops further charges from the next billing cycle. You can continue using Tiro normally until your current subscription expires.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription?

Subscription cancellation and refunds are different:

  • Subscription cancellation stops future payments, preventing further charges.

  • A refund returns money from a payment you've already made.

To request a refund, please follow the refund guidelines provided above.

Visit the link above and sign in using your Apple ID (AppStore account) that was used for the purchase.

Steps for requesting a refund:

  1. Select Request a refund as your issue.

  2. Choose the detail: I didn't mean to buy this.

  3. Select the specific Tiro payment you want refunded.

Important!Make sure to verify your payment date. Selecting the wrong payment can make your refund difficult.

After selecting all necessary items, tap Submit to complete your refund request. Refunds typically take 1-2 days to process.
