Tiro User Guide

Free trial & Subscription

Binnie2025-09-04

During the free trial, notes longer than 60 minutes will continue to be recorded but appear blurred after the first hour. Don’t worry, this isn't an error—your note is safely recorded, and upgrading your plan will let you view the entire content clearly.

Also, once you've used up your free trial minutes, you won't be able to create new notes. If your recording reaches your time limit, it will pause automatically. When uploading audio files, please note that only part of the transcript might be available.

You can always copy your notes to an external workspace if needed. Additionally, daily technical backups are performed to prevent data loss. At Tiro, we remain committed to securely preserving and managing your valuable conversations.

Can I still access my notes after the free trial ends?

Absolutely! Even after your free trial ends, you'll still be able to view, edit, and share all your previous notes. We understand your recorded conversations are valuable assets. The only limitation is creating new notes—all other features remain available.

Paid plans on Tiro have no time limit per note. Instead, they differ based on total usage time (minutes) available each month. Usage time resets monthly.

Tiro offers three personal plans, a team plan, and an enterprise plan for larger organizations.
