## Where should I pay with a corporate card?

**We recommend paying with a corporate card on the web or desktop app.** In Tiro's Stripe checkout, you can enter your business details and business registration number, then manage invoices and payment methods in Tiro after payment.

* On the web or desktop app, open your profile at the top left and go to **\[Settings]** → **\[Plan Management]**.
* Choose a plan and billing cycle, then select **\[I'm purchasing as a business]** in Stripe checkout.
* Enter your business details and complete payment with your corporate card.

<Note>Individual plan prices already include VAT, so entering a business registration number does not reduce the price by 10%. For a team plan, a Korean business that enters its Korean business registration number is billed with the 10% Korean VAT exemption applied. This exemption applies only under Korean tax rules.</Note>

Receipts for App Store and Google Play purchases are issued by each store. Tiro cannot issue or resend in-app purchase receipts.

## How do I pay in Korean won or Japanese yen?

**On the web or desktop app, open Manage Subscription and choose from the displayed currencies: USD (US dollars), KRW (Korean won), or JPY (Japanese yen).** Tiro's currency selector doesn't appear for mobile in-app purchases because the App Store or Google Play processes those payments.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Manage Subscription">
    On the web or desktop app, open your profile at the top left and go to **\[Settings]** → **\[Plan Management]**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a billing currency">
    In the currency selector, choose USD or the displayed local currency. Plan prices change to Korean won or Japanese yen when you select the local currency.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a plan and billing cycle">
    Select your plan and monthly or annual billing, then continue to payment. Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10 months.
  </Step>
</Steps>

| Plan | KRW monthly / annual | JPY monthly / annual |
| - | -: | -: |
| Lite | ₩8,900 / ₩89,000 | ¥990 / ¥9,900 |
| Pro | ₩19,900 / ₩199,000 | ¥1,890 / ¥18,900 |
| Max | ₩42,000 / ₩420,000 | ¥4,290 / ¥42,900 |
| Team | ₩42,000 / ₩420,000 per seat | ¥4,290 / ¥42,900 per seat |

### Why don't I see KRW or JPY?

Checkout shows USD plus up to one local currency detected from your environment, for a maximum of two currency options.

1. If the display language is Korean, KRW appears. If it is Japanese, JPY appears.
2. If the language doesn't determine a currency, a browser time zone of Seoul shows KRW and Tokyo shows JPY.
3. If neither condition applies, only USD appears.

<Note>You can choose a currency when starting a new subscription or upgrading from a free trial. If a workspace already has a paid web subscription, its existing billing currency is locked and the currency selector doesn't appear.</Note>

### When your card statement doesn't match the invoice

**If a payment is processed as an international transaction, your card issuer adds a foreign transaction fee.** That makes the amount on your card or bank statement slightly higher than the amount on your Tiro invoice. This can happen even when you pay in your local currency.

The fee is charged by your card issuer, so it varies by issuer and card type. Your card issuer can tell you the exact fee and how it's calculated.

An authorization amount or estimated amount shown in your card app right after payment can differ from the final amount after the transaction settles. Check the final statement issued after settlement for the final amount.

For a company expense claim, review both the Tiro invoice and your card issuer's final statement. The Tiro invoice shows the amount charged by Tiro, while the card statement shows the final amount after foreign transaction fees or other card charges. Your company's accounting policy may require different documents, so confirm the requirements with your accounting team.

If you notice a difference, contact support. We'll check how that payment was processed and explain what happened.

## How to find your receipt, invoice, or quote

How you find your receipt depends on **where you paid**: the **\[Billing]** screen in Tiro settings for website and desktop app payments, the App Store for the iPhone app, and Google Play for the Android app. Pick your payment method below.

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Web and desktop">
    This applies if you paid **by card** on the website or desktop app (Mac or Windows). You can download it yourself from the **\[Billing]** screen in settings; you don't need to ask support. If you paid by bank transfer, payment history isn't shown on this screen, so reach out through the in-app messenger (support) instead.

    1. Sign in to the Tiro website or desktop app.
    2. Click **\[Settings]** → **\[Billing]**. It sits just above **\[Plan Management]** in the settings sidebar.
    3. In the **\[Payment history]** table, click the **\[Download]** link in the **\[Invoice]** column for the payment you want.

    The payment history table shows 10 rows at a time, newest first, and you move through it with the **\[Previous]** and **\[Next]** buttons. The status column shows one of three values: **\[Upcoming]**, **\[Paid]**, or **\[Canceled]**. **\[Canceled]** means the payment was fully refunded; a partial refund stays **\[Paid]**.

    You can also change the address that receives invoices right on the same screen, under **\[Invoice email]**.

    <Note>The **\[Billing]** menu appears when you have a payment history on the web or desktop app and you're a workspace admin. On a team plan, Admins and Unpaid Admins can see it; Members and Viewers can't.</Note>

    <Tip>You can keep downloading past invoices after your subscription expires. Expiring doesn't mean you have to go through support to get them.</Tip>

    <Info>Don't use the absence of a tax line alone to determine whether VAT was exempted. Individual plan prices include VAT; tax treatment for team plans depends on business details. Check the plan and invoice details together.</Info>
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="iPhone (App Store)">
    If you paid in the iPhone app, your receipt is issued by Apple (the App Store).

    * Check the receipt email Apple sends right after payment.
    * For past purchases, go to **\[Settings]** on your iPhone → your name at the top → **\[Media & Purchases]** → **\[View Account]** → **\[Purchase History]**.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Android (Google Play)">
    If you paid in the Android app, your receipt is issued by Google Play.

    * Check the receipt email Google Play sends right after payment.
    * For past purchases, open the **\[Google Play]** app → profile icon at the top right → **\[Payments & subscriptions]** → **\[Budget & order history]**.
  </Tab>
</Tabs>

<Note>App Store and Google Play receipts are issued by each store. Tiro can't issue or resend in-app purchase receipts directly. If you don't see the receipt email, check your spam folder too.</Note>

## Why doesn't my receipt show a business registration number for my country?

Card payments made on the web or desktop app are **billed by ThePlato Inc., a company registered in the United States**. Because this is a transaction with a foreign company, receipts and invoices don't include a business registration number issued by your country.

For expense reporting at an organization, this is typically handled as a purchase from a foreign vendor. Requirements for supporting documents vary by organization, so we recommend first checking with your accounting team **how your organization handles transactions with foreign companies**.

You can download **invoices** issued by ThePlato Inc. from the payment history in **\[Settings]** → **\[Billing]**, and **receipts** from the billing portal opened via the **\[Subscription & Payment]** button on the **\[Plan Management]** screen, or from your payment confirmation emails. See the **How to find your receipt, invoice, or quote** section above for details. For workspaces owned by an Organization (institutional contract), the **\[Billing]** menu isn't shown. In that case, or if you need additional documents, contact us through the in-app messenger.

## Refund policy

    * If you **haven't used the service at all**, you can request a **full refund** within **14 days of payment**.
    * Past these windows, refunds are generally not available, except in the limited cases required by applicable law.

    This applies to annual web and desktop card subscriptions (Stripe).

    * Request a refund through support within **7 days of payment** for a **full refund**, whether or not you used the service. Canceling auto-renewal alone doesn't start a refund.
    * After 7 days, refunds are **prorated by how long you used the service**. Support shares the exact amount separately.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What should I know before requesting a refund?">
    * After a web card payment refund, the money can take about 5-10 business days to reach your card, depending on your card issuer.

</AccordionGroup>

## Why does the card charge date differ from the next billing date shown in the app?

**Google Play may charge before the subscription renews.** A card notification does not always mean the renewal has already happened.

**1) Usage resets at the subscription cycle's reference time.** It is not measured in fixed 30- or 31-day blocks. Check the usage card under **\[Settings]** → **\[Plan Management]** for your next reset time.

**2) Google Play may charge early.** It can start charging up to 24 hours before the scheduled renewal and place a payment authorization hold up to 48 hours before renewal. A card may show an authorization notification, while an immediate-debit payment method may withdraw funds early. Check App Store charges in your store billing history. Web and desktop card payments are charged when the subscription renews.

<Note>For more about monthly usage, see [Tiro plans](/en/guide/workspace/plans). If your payment hasn't updated your plan, see [Payment completed but plan not applied](/en/guide/troubleshooting/billing-not-applied).</Note>
