Auto-share notes with Share Automation

Set up note conditions to automatically share recordings to Slack, Notion, and more after meetings end

Share Automation automatically shares notes that meet specific conditions to external services.

Currently prioritized for Slack, with more integrations coming soon.

Useful for:

  • Always sharing meetings with specific keywords in the note title to the same channel

  • Automatically sharing all notes created in a specific folder

Location: Settings > Integrations > Select "Slack" > Share Automation section

Configure the following in Share Automation settings. You can also disable triggers.

Choose the conditions that trigger sharing.

  • Is: Triggers when the title matches exactly

  • Contains: Triggers when the title includes a keyword

  • In: Triggers when the title contains any of the entered keywords

  • Is Not: Triggers when the title doesn't match specific text

  • Not Contains: Triggers when the title doesn't include a specific keyword

  • Is: Applies to all notes created in a specific folder

Select a Slack channel (single selection)

  • Choose from channels in your connected Slack workspace

  • Only public channels are supported

Message (optional)

  • Additional text to include

  • Example: "Weekly meeting notes"

Document templates (multiple selections allowed)

  • Transcript, Script, One-page Summary, Custom Templates, etc.

  • When multiple templates are selected, all are generated and shared

Q. What happens if a note meets multiple trigger conditions?

A. All triggers execute independently.

Q. Can I combine folder and title conditions?

A. No. Each trigger supports only one condition. If you need multiple conditions, create separate triggers for each.
