Share Automation automatically shares notes that meet specific conditions to external services.

Currently prioritized for Slack, with more integrations coming soon.

Useful for:

  • Always sharing meetings with specific keywords in the note title to the same channel

  • Automatically sharing all notes created in a specific folder

Location: Settings > Integrations > Select "Slack" > Share Automation section

Configure the following in Share Automation settings. You can also disable triggers.

Choose the conditions that trigger sharing.

  • Contains: Triggers when the title includes a keyword

  • In: Triggers when the title contains any of the entered keywords

  • Is Not: Triggers when the title doesn't match specific text

  • Not Contains: Triggers when the title doesn't include a specific keyword

  • Is: Applies to all notes created in a specific folder

Select a Slack channel (single selection)

  • Choose from channels in your connected Slack workspace

  • Only public channels are supported

Message (optional)

  • Additional text to include

  • Example: "Weekly meeting notes"

Document templates (multiple selections allowed)

  • Transcript, Script, One-page Summary, Custom Templates, etc.

  • When multiple templates are selected, all are generated and shared

Q. What happens if a note meets multiple trigger conditions?

A. All triggers execute independently.

Q. Can I combine folder and title conditions?

A. No. Each trigger supports only one condition. If you need multiple conditions, create separate triggers for each.
