Automate Note Organization with Folder Automation

Automate everything from note titles to sharing for notes created in specific folders

Folder Automation automatically applies default settings when creating notes and handles automatic document generation and sharing when recording ends for all notes within a specific folder. You can fully automate all processes for regularly recurring meetings.

Helpful in these situations:

  • When you want to pre-fill note titles and attendee information for recurring project or team meetings

  • When you want specific meetings to automatically generate your preferred custom document templates

  • When you want notes to be automatically shared to external services (e.g., Slack) after meetings end

Note: Only available in folders you created or where you've been invited as an editor.

Location: [Select desired folder from folder list > Edit folder > Automation settings]

You can specify settings to automatically apply to notes created in this folder.

Set the default title for new notes.

Set attendees to automatically add when creating notes.

Select custom document templates to automatically generate when recording ends. You can select multiple custom document templates.
