The following features are included:With folders and search functionalities, you can find and manage your notes more easily. You can also use the Ask Tiro feature in folders.
You can assign a folder to a note by selecting the folder option on the right side of the note title. It’s also possible to assign a note to multiple folders. Organize your notes more efficiently by assigning folders. Don’t worry – folders won’t be shared even if the note is shared.
Use the folder settings feature to easily categorize and find notes for various situations, such as business meetings, classes, or seminars. You can find and manage folders on the left side of the main screen.What’s the difference between personal folders and team folders?A personal folder is for your own use only. If you want to share a folder with your team, use the team folder feature available with the Team Plan.
Click the three dots next to the folder and select Edit Folder to open the folder settings window. In the folder settings window, you can adjust the folder's color, name, and description.It’s recommended to write detailed descriptions for folders to improve Tiro’s quality. Folder descriptions are not just simple notes – they also serve as context information, which may be referenced when creating notes or generating Ask Tiro responses.
You can easily change the order of folders by dragging them.
The Ask Tiro in Folders feature helps you find answers from all the notes in a specific folder in one go.
Example Questions
[Customer Interview Folder] “What were the most common issues mentioned in this month’s customer interviews?”
[Team Weekly Meeting Folder] “Can you summarize the main points decided in last week’s meeting?”
Tiro will quickly analyze the notes in the selected folder and provide the most accurate answer. You can easily access valuable conversation content, including old discussion records, whenever you need them.
Only notes in the selected folder will be used to generate the answer.
The more specific the question, the more accurate the answer will be.
Tiro will show the notes referenced along with the answer, so you can check the relevant content directly.
On the notes list page, you can search by note title, keywords, attendees, as well as the conversation content and summarized note content. Even if you can’t remember the exact phrase, Tiro helps you find notes with vague recollections like “I think I had something about this.”
