Important Notes When Switching Plans

Learn what you need to know when switching between Individual Plan and Team Plan.

You can switch to Team Plan at any time while using an Individual Plan.

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Plan

  2. Click Start Team Plan

  3. Set number of team members and proceed with payment

If you have an active Individual paid plan, you will not receive a Team Plan free trial.

  • You'll start with a paid subscription immediately

  • Your Individual Plan will be automatically canceled

All notes created in your Individual Plan remain intact and accessible after switching to Team Plan.

If you subscribed through iOS or Android app, you cannot start Team Plan immediately.

Mobile in-app purchases must use the payment system of App Store or Google Play according to their platform policies, and these payment systems do not support Team Plan. To use Team Plan, you need to switch to Stripe, a payment service available on the website or desktop app.

Note: You can cancel your in-app purchase subscription first, wait until the subscription period ends, then start Team Plan. If you want to switch immediately, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

  1. Cancel your current in-app purchase subscription (in App Store or Google Play) See our Subscription Cancellation Guide for details.

  2. Wait until subscription expiration date, or request early termination through Customer Support

  3. Log in to Tiro website (https://tiro.ooo/) or desktop app

  4. Go to Settings > Manage Plan and start Team Plan

You must leave your team before starting an Individual paid plan.
