Web browser:
Ctrl+R(Windows) /Cmd+R(Mac)Desktop/mobile app: Fully close and reopen the app
Settings → Log out → Log in again
Web/desktop card payment: Go to Settings → Manage Plan to confirm payment status, or check your email receipt
In-app purchase: Check Android subscriptions / Check iOS subscriptions
In-app purchases are linked to the App Store/Play Store account signed in at the time of payment.
If you've previously used in-app purchases with a different Tiro account, you may encounter:
Payment completed but plan applied to a previously used Tiro account
Payment failure
Due to store policies, you cannot freely switch in-app purchases between multiple Tiro accounts on the same device. Please contact support in this case.
