Plan not applied after payment

What to do when your plan isn't reflected after completing payment.

Payment processing may take up to 10 minutes. Please wait briefly, then try the following steps.

  • Web browser: Ctrl+R (Windows) / Cmd+R (Mac)

  • Desktop/mobile app: Fully close and reopen the app

Settings → Log out → Log in again

In-app purchases are linked to the App Store/Play Store account signed in at the time of payment.

If you've previously used in-app purchases with a different Tiro account, you may encounter:

  • Payment completed but plan applied to a previously used Tiro account

  • Payment failure

Due to store policies, you cannot freely switch in-app purchases between multiple Tiro accounts on the same device. Please contact support in this case.

Please contact our support team.

Include the following:

  • Payment time (e.g., December 24, 2025, 3:00 PM)

  • Payment method (web card / Android in-app / iOS in-app)

  • Plan purchased (Lite / Pro / Max)

  • Screenshot of your current plan status
