Once you complete the registration process, you can start recording immediately as shown in the screen below.
Before starting the recording, provide context to Tiro to improve accuracy! By informing Tiro of specific names and the context, Tiro can transcribe more clearly.
You can manually set the note title according to the context of the conversation. If you don't set it manually, Tiro will automatically generate a title based on the conversation's topic.You can add attendees by entering their email addresses in the "Attendees" field. By registering attendees, Tiro can more accurately recognize their names during the conversation. After the recording ends, you can easily invite them to the note. Additionally, you can search for notes later by the attendees' names.
Before starting the recording, entering context helps ensure more accurate transcriptions and optimized summaries. Enter the context of the conversation, including specific names and people, as shown in the example below:
Example: For a business meeting“This is a business meeting conducted by [Company Name] regarding [Business]. Please accurately record proper nouns like product names, attendees, etc., and create a professional and formal tone for the summary.People/Company/Product: [John Doe], [ThePlato], [Tiro].”
Tiro supports 12 languages and allows you to set different languages for the conversation and summary. If the conversation is in a foreign language, you can set the summary language to your native language. Tiro's high-quality real-time translation and summarization will enhance the overall quality of the conversation.
After pressing the start button, the red recording button will change to the audio waveform button as shown below.
If the waveform doesn’t move during the conversation
The audio waveform moves in proportion to the input audio. If the waveform isn’t moving during the conversation, check your microphone input settings.
If you want to take notes during the conversation, use the context update feature. Tiro will read the notes and incorporate them as additional context. If new proper nouns or important keywords suddenly arise in the conversation, Tiro will start transcribing accurately from the next section.
Tiro will transcribe the conversation in real time and summarize it. The real-time conversation log will include detailed information for quick reference. If you missed something during the conversation, you can quickly check the conversation log tab.
If a word was not recognized due to background noise or if you want to add something to the summary, you can edit it yourself. You can click on the transcript view to expand the original text, or click on the ongoing conversation to make changes.
Clicking on the audio waveform button will switch it back to the red recording button, pausing the recording. While paused, you can change the conversation language (input language) and generate a one-page summary.
Once the conversation ends, a custom document will be automatically generated. Check out the high-quality summary notes, which you won't find in other AI meeting note tools. Tiro provides a summary structured by key topics, not just a simple time-based summary.

A verbatim transcript of the entire conversation. Even if there are grammar errors or filler words in the speech, Tiro will clean it up and preserve the content in a natural format. This helps you directly use the meeting transcript without needing further editing.
