Once you complete the registration process, you can start recording immediately as shown in the screen below.

Before starting the recording, provide context to Tiro to improve accuracy! By informing Tiro of specific names and the context, Tiro can transcribe more clearly.

You can manually set the note title according to the context of the conversation. If you don't set it manually, Tiro will automatically generate a title based on the conversation's topic. You can add attendees by entering their email addresses in the "Attendees" field. By registering attendees, Tiro can more accurately recognize their names during the conversation. After the recording ends, you can easily invite them to the note. Additionally, you can search for notes later by the attendees' names.

Before starting the recording, entering context helps ensure more accurate transcriptions and optimized summaries. Enter the context of the conversation, including specific names and people, as shown in the example below:

Example: For a business meeting“This is a business meeting conducted by [Company Name] regarding [Business]. Please accurately record proper nouns like product names, attendees, etc., and create a professional and formal tone for the summary.People/Company/Product: [John Doe], [ThePlato], [Tiro].”

Tiro supports 12 languages and allows you to set different languages for the conversation and summary. If the conversation is in a foreign language, you can set the summary language to your native language. Tiro's high-quality real-time translation and summarization will enhance the overall quality of the conversation.

After pressing the start button, the red recording button will change to the audio waveform button as shown below.

If the waveform doesn’t move during the conversation

The audio waveform moves in proportion to the input audio. If the waveform isn’t moving during the conversation, check your microphone input settings.

If you want to take notes during the conversation, use the context update feature. Tiro will read the notes and incorporate them as additional context. If new proper nouns or important keywords suddenly arise in the conversation, Tiro will start transcribing accurately from the next section.

Tiro will transcribe the conversation in real time and summarize it. The real-time conversation log will include detailed information for quick reference. If you missed something during the conversation, you can quickly check the conversation log tab.

If a word was not recognized due to background noise or if you want to add something to the summary, you can edit it yourself. You can click on the transcript view to expand the original text, or click on the ongoing conversation to make changes.

Clicking on the audio waveform button will switch it back to the red recording button, pausing the recording. While paused, you can change the conversation language (input language) and generate a one-page summary.

Once the conversation ends, a custom document will be automatically generated. Check out the high-quality summary notes, which you won't find in other AI meeting note tools. Tiro provides a summary structured by key topics, not just a simple time-based summary.

A time-based summary note generated in real-time during the conversation.

A verbatim transcript of the entire conversation. Even if there are grammar errors or filler words in the speech, Tiro will clean it up and preserve the content in a natural format. This helps you directly use the meeting transcript without needing further editing.

For more detailed guidance on features, refer to the "Key Features > Using Notes" document.

Can I correct repeated typos during a conversation?

Yes. If Tiro repeatedly misrecognizes a specific proper noun, you can correct the word directly in the Summary Note (the bullet-point note).Tiro will now apply the correction in real time so that the term is recorded accurately in subsequent paragraphs.

For even greater accuracy, you can enter proper nouns in advance in the Context field or save them in your Vocabulary, which helps Tiro recognize them more reliably.

Can I record simultaneously from multiple devices?

No, simultaneous recording under the same account is not possible, regardless of the plan.

However, if a note is shared via a Team Folder or by inviting participants, others can view it in real time as a live stream. This way, you can follow along with your teammate’s meeting content even from a distance!
