Sharing or exporting notes isn't possible during active recordings. Pause your recording first to enable sharing/exporting.
To share your notes, click the Share button at the top right corner of the note.
You can search collaborators by name or email if they're pre-registered.
Enter full email addresses to invite new users directly.
Set permissions (read-only or editor) for each collaborator.
Quick tip
Share your note with teammates before starting a recording. They can then view the conversation in real-time.
Anyone with the link can access the note, including non-Tiro users.
Enhance security by setting a password for the shared link.
Easily export notes to Slack, Notion, or Confluence. Once integrated, notes will be optimized for your preferred platform.
Select Share at the top right, then choose your desired service. And you can also connect or disconnect your accounts through Settings > Integrations. Choose your platform and follow the prompts to connect or disconnect.
Log into your Slack account from the popup window.
Click Allow to authorize. A Tiro bot will be added to Slack.
When selecting Share to Slack, a popup window appears. Select your desired Slack channel, enter an optional message, and click Send.
Slack-shared notes appear as follows:
Log into your Notion account from the popup window.
Select the workspace you'd like to connect. After integration, notes will automatically be shared with the selected workspace.
When selecting Share to Notion, a popup window appears. Choose the Notion page and the type of note you want to share.
Log into your Confluence account from the popup window.
Select the space you wish to connect. After integration, notes will automatically be shared to Confluence.
When selecting Share to Confluence, a popup window appears. Choose the space, parent page, and content to include.
