Your payment provider in Tiro depends on where you made your payment. Depending on the provider, how you manage payments, how refunds are handled, and where to get help can differ.

Your payment provider is determined by where you made your payment.

1) Think about where you paid

Answer the questions below to find out quickly.

  • You paid on the website or desktop app → Stripe

  • You paid in the iPhone app → App Store

  • You paid in the Android app → Google Play Store

If you can't remember your payment provider, first check the device and environment you used to pay.

2) Check on Tiro web using the Plan management screen

If you use the web or desktop app, you can also check on the Plan management screen.

  • Your payment provider does not change automatically.

  • Even with the same email or account, your provider can differ if you pay in a different environment.

  • Refunds, payment errors, and invoices are handled according to each provider's policy.
