Tiro's Refund Policy

At Tiro, we aim to provide a transparent and clear refund policy to ensure that our customers can use our service with peace of mind. This document explains when refunds are possible or not, depending on the payment method and the usage period.

As per Tiro's Terms of Service:

  • Full Refund: If you request cancellation within 7 days from the payment date, you will receive a full refund regardless of usage.

  • If you haven’t used the service at all, you can request a full refund within 14 days from the payment date.

  • After 14 days: Refunds are generally not possible. However, in exceptional cases as specified by relevant laws, a refund may be granted.

For annual payments, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis based on the period of use.(Detailed criteria will be provided separately via customer support.)

  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and deposited by the card issuer.

  • Your subscription will end immediately after the refund is processed.

  • Even after the subscription expires, you can still view and edit previously created notes.

  • However, creating new notes will not be possible after the subscription ends.

  • If more than 15 days have passed since the payment date, refunds are not possible, regardless of whether the service has been used.

For in-app purchases made through Google Play or the App Store, Tiro cannot directly process refunds.You will need to request a refund through the respective payment platforms (Google Play or App Store), following their refund policies.Please refer to the links below for more details:
