Tiro does not currently support standalone sign-ups.

How can I record video calls with Tiro?

If you’d like to record video calls or YouTube videos, please use the desktop app!

Due to browser security policies, system audio cannot be captured in Chrome or other web browsers.

By installing the desktop app from the link below, you’ll be able to record video conferences with Tiro as well.

Can multiple users access the service at the same time with one account?

Yes, multiple users can view the same note simultaneously under a single account. In this case, the device that first starts recording will act as the microphone input source.

However, it’s not possible to record audio simultaneously from multiple devices using one account.

Can I record simultaneously from multiple devices?

No, simultaneous recording under the same account is not possible, regardless of the plan.

However, if a note is shared via a Team Folder or by inviting participants, others can view it in real time as a live stream. This way, you can follow along with your teammate’s meeting content even from a distance!

How long can I record per note?

Tiro limits the maximum recording time of a single note to 300 minutes. This prevents unlimited credit consumption in case the recording isn’t stopped manually.

Once a note exceeds 300 minutes, the recording will automatically stop and the note will be closed.Closed notes cannot be resumed, and the recording button area will no longer appear at the bottom.

Can I correct repeated typos during a conversation?

Yes. If Tiro repeatedly misrecognizes a specific proper noun, you can correct the word directly in the Summary Note (the bullet-point note).Tiro will now apply the correction in real time so that the term is recorded accurately in subsequent paragraphs.

For even greater accuracy, you can enter proper nouns in advance in the Context field or save them in your Vocabulary, which helps Tiro recognize them more reliably.
