This guide explains Tiro's credit system. Credits allow you to secure additional recording time.

Credits are recording time that can be used separately from your plan. 1 credit equals 1 minute of recording time, and you can use credits even without a paid plan or after your free trial ends.

Summary:

  • 1 credit = 1 minute of recording time

  • Validity period: 1 year from the date of acquisition

  • Can be used even after free trial ends

Your plan's monthly allotted time is used first, and then credits are deducted.

Credits are automatically included in your remaining usage balance.

Example:

  • Light Plan (300 minutes per month)

  • Credits held: 50 minutes

  • Displayed remaining balance: 350 minutes

Note

There is currently no way to view only your credit balance separately. Credits are combined with your total remaining usage and displayed together.

You can use Tiro with credits alone, even without a paid plan. For example, if your free trial has ended but you have credits from a friend referral, you can still use Tiro.

Additionally, credits are managed separately from your plan and remain unaffected by plan changes.
