Yes, multiple users can view or check the same note simultaneously with a single account. In this case, the device that starts the recording will act as the microphone and input the audio.
However, it is not possible to record simultaneously on multiple devices with a single account.
Tiro currently supports easy sign-up and login with Google and Microsoft accounts.
(Apple ID is available on the mobile app — see the question below for details.)
If you'd like to use a different login method, please contact us at hello@theplato.io.
It's a feature for Enterprise customers whose organization has configured SSO (Single Sign-On). Enter your company email and you'll be signed in to Tiro through your organization's identity provider.
Individual users and teams without SSO configured don't need to use this option.
Currently, Apple ID login is only available on the Apple mobile app.
If you'd like to use the same account on Desktop or Web, our support team can merge your Apple account with a Google account.
To request the merge, please first sign up on Tiro (one-time login) using the Google account you want to merge with. Then contact us through the 'Support' menu in the desktop or web app with the following information:
Your current Apple ID
The Google account email you just signed up with
Once we verify the details, our team will merge the two accounts. After the merge, signing in with Google will keep all your existing notes and subscription intact.
