Tiro sends a range of automated emails — verification codes, team invites, note shares, trial reminders, and more. If you don't see one in your inbox, here's where to look.
Tiro emails often get routed somewhere other than your main inbox. Check these five places in order:
Spam or junk folder
Gmail Promotions or Updates tab
Search your inbox for 'Tiro' or
noreply@send.tiro.oooDouble-check the email address you signed up with
If you use a work email, ask your IT team to allowlist the
send.tiro.ooodomain
If you were invited to a team but don't see the email, it may have been sent to a different inbox than the one you signed up with. Search your full mailbox for noreply@send.tiro.ooo. If you still can't find it, ask the person who invited you to send it again.
Even if you don't receive the notification email, you can find shared notes and threads in the sidebar after logging in to Tiro.
Payment receipts come directly from Stripe, the payment processor. If you didn't receive one, search your mailbox for receipts@stripe.com. If you still can't find it, contact hello@theplato.io and we'll look into it.
Stripe sends receipts to the email address you entered in Stripe, which may differ from the one on your Tiro account.
