The Team Plan is for workspaces with 2 or more members. To create notes in a shared workspace, you'll need to switch to the Team Plan.
There are also Individual Plans (Lite, Pro, Max) for solo workspaces.
Pricing is based on the number of members (seats) in your workspace. Seats are counted as the number of members with Admin or Member roles.

The first time you invite a new member to a solo workspace without a plan, the Team Plan switch screen appears. Since billing is workspace-level, you'll need to subscribe to the Team Plan from the desktop app to use it together.
If you're using an Individual Plan via mobile in-app purchase, switch to the Team Plan separately on desktop. Only solo workspaces can be billed on mobile.
When switching from an Individual Plan to the Team Plan, billing is prorated based on the days remaining in your billing cycle.
Existing notes and folders stay in the workspace. They aren't automatically moved or deleted.
Note: When your workspace has 2 or more members, you'll be guided to the Team Plan subscription screen when creating a new note or starting a recording. Note creation is restricted until payment is complete.

Q. What happens to billing when a member joins or leaves mid-cycle?
Seat additions and removals are prorated based on the timing of the change. If you add a member mid-month, the additional seat is billed for the remaining days. If you remove a member, the refund is deducted from the next billing cycle.
Q. How is the Team Plan different from the Enterprise Plan?
The Team Plan lets small teams subscribe directly with a card. Workspaces can have up to 20 members. The Enterprise Plan is for organizations with more than 20 members or those needing security policies like SSO, IP restrictions, or external sharing blocks.
