Exporting saves a note as a file or sends it to another collaboration tool. Export a note as PDF, Word, or email, and once you connect Slack, Notion, Confluence, or HubSpot, send notes to them right from a note’s [Share] menu.
Sending to collaboration tools and exporting files work on notes that have finished recording. While a recording is in progress, you see “Available once the conversation is recorded.” Sending to Slack, Notion, and Confluence and exporting to PDF and Word are available in the web and desktop apps.

Export to a file

Export a note as PDF, Word, or email. Use the PDF, Word, and email items in the [Share] menu to export to a file, and pick what goes into the export yourself.
  • Check the note summary, the transcript, and any template documents you generated, and combine them however you like.
  • For email, enter the recipient’s address and the content you picked is sent as the body.
To choose what shows up, see Sharing. In the mobile app, share a link and send email. For a PDF or Word file, export from the web or desktop app.

Send to a collaboration tool

Send a note to Slack, Notion, Confluence, or HubSpot. Connect each collaboration tool once, and from then on send notes straight from a note’s [Share] menu.

Connect a collaboration tool

Connect a tool in one of two ways.
  • Connect while sharing: pick a service in a note’s [Share] menu to open its connection screen. Once you connect, Tiro brings you back to the share screen automatically so you can send the note right away.
  • Connect ahead of time: connect and manage services in advance under [Settings][Integration]. In the mobile app, the menu is [Settings][Connected Services].

Send to Slack

Choose [Share] → Slack, pick the channel to post to, add a message to go with it, and send. Tiro posts the note to the channel along with a share link.
  • To post to a private channel, invite the Tiro bot there first with /invite @Tiro.
  • To send automatically every time a recording ends, set up share automation.

Send to Notion

Choose [Share] → Notion, then search for the page or database where you want to save the note. Pick a page and the note becomes a subpage; pick a database and it becomes a new entry.
  • To change the destination, click the selected target again and search for a different page. No need to reconnect.
  • If a page doesn’t show up in search, try selecting a database as the destination instead.

Send to Confluence

Choose [Share] → Confluence, then pick the space, the parent page (optional), and the content to include, and share.

Record to HubSpot

Once you connect HubSpot, a [Record to HubSpot] item appears in the share menu. Save a note as a CRM record, which also works in the mobile app.

Export automatically

Send a note to a collaboration tool automatically every time a recording ends. Set the conditions and destination in share automation.
