How to find your receipt, invoice, or quote

How you find your receipt depends on where you paid. If you paid on the website or desktop app, use Stripe; if you paid in the iPhone app, use the App Store; if you paid in the Android app, use Google Play.

Web and desktop (Stripe) receipts and invoices

This applies if you paid on the website or desktop app (Mac or Windows).
  • Sign in to the Tiro website or desktop app.
  • In the top left, click [Profile][Manage Subscription].
  • Click [Billing and subscription].
  • Under [Invoice history] at the bottom, click the invoice you want.
  • Download the receipt or invoice.
Note Team plans are billed through Stripe, and only team admins can view invoices.
If an invoice has no tax line, it means your business details are registered and VAT was exempted.

App Store (iOS) receipts

If you paid in the iPhone app, your receipt is issued by Apple (the App Store).
  • Check the receipt email Apple sends right after payment.
  • For past purchases, go to [Settings] on your iPhone → your name at the top → [Media & Purchases][View Account][Purchase History].

Google Play (Android) receipts

If you paid in the Android app, your receipt is issued by Google Play.
  • Check the receipt email Google Play sends right after payment.
  • For past purchases, open the [Google Play] app → profile icon at the top right → [Payments & subscriptions][Budget & order history].
App Store and Google Play receipts are issued by each store. Tiro can’t issue or resend in-app purchase receipts directly. If you don’t see the receipt email, check your spam folder too.

Refund policy

Here’s what this covers.
Tiro runs a transparent, clearly defined refund policy so you can use the service with confidence. This page explains when a refund is and isn’t available, based on how you paid and when you used the service.

Refunds for monthly plans

Tiro Terms of Service
  • Cancel within 7 days of payment and you get a full refund, whether or not you used the service.
  • If you haven’t used the service at all, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment.
  • Past these windows, refunds are generally not available, except in the limited cases required by applicable law.

Refunds for annual plans

  • For annual payments, refunds are prorated by how long you used the service.
(Our support team shares the exact terms separately.)

Before you request a refund

  • After a refund, the money can take about 5-10 business days to reach your card, depending on your card issuer.
  • Your subscription ends as soon as the refund completes.
Even after your subscription expires, you can still view and edit notes you already created.
  • However, you can’t create new notes.
  • Refunds are not available in cases like the following.
If 15 or more days have passed since payment, no refund is available, whether or not you used the service.

In-app purchases (Android/iOS)

Your refund options depend on where you paid.
  • iOS (App Store): Only Apple can issue this refund, so Tiro can’t refund App Store purchases directly. Request it yourself, following the App Store’s refund policy.
  • Android (Google Play): If you meet the refund criteria above, support can refund it for you directly. You can also request a refund yourself through Google Play within 48 hours of payment.
