Can I correct repeated typos during a conversation?

Yes. If Tiro repeatedly misrecognizes a specific proper noun, you can correct the word directly in the Summary Note (the bullet-point note).Tiro will now apply the correction in real time so that the term is recorded accurately in subsequent paragraphs.

For even greater accuracy, you can enter proper nouns in advance in the Context field or save them in your Vocabulary, which helps Tiro recognize them more reliably.

Can I access my previous notes after the free trial ends?

Yes, you can still access your notes even after your free trial ends or subscription expires. While creating new notes requires a subscription, you can continue viewing and editing existing or shared notes.

To prevent data loss, we perform daily backups (kept for 30 days). Tiro is committed to safeguarding your transcripts.

How long can I record per note?

Tiro limits the maximum recording time of a single note to 300 minutes. This prevents unlimited credit consumption in case the recording isn’t stopped manually.

Once a note exceeds 300 minutes, the recording will automatically stop and the note will be closed.Closed notes cannot be resumed, and the recording button area will no longer appear at the bottom.
