Binnie2025-09-05

Here's what you'll find:1. How to manage teammates you work with2. Features that support collaboration within your team

Note!

These features are only available to teams using the Team Plan. If you'd like to try the Team Plan, please email us at partners@theplato.io. For more details, refer to the Team Plan Guide.

There are two types of roles in a team:

  • Admin: Can invite or remove members.

  • Member: Can only join the team via an invitation from an admin. Members cannot invite others or change permissions.

Only admins can invite or remove team members.

  • Invite: You can invite a member by entering their email address. An invitation will be sent to their email immediately, and they will be added to the team as soon as they accept the invite.

  • Remove: Team members can be removed via the team dashboard. Once removed, they will immediately lose access to the Team Plan.

The dashboard shows a quick overview of:

  • Total number of subscribed accounts

  • Number of team sheets

  • Active accounts

  • Pending invitations

Below that, you'll see a list of members with their:

  • Role

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Usage time and number of notes created in the past 30 days

  • Notes (e.g., team affiliation, role, etc.)

Manage key terms that your team uses—such as product names, people’s names, or company-specific jargon—to improve transcription accuracy in Tiro.

Can I use both team and personal Word Memory?

Yes. The team word memory is separate from your personal word memory. To learn more about word memory, check out the Word memory guide.

To share a note, click Share → Invite either at the top right of the note screen or next to the one-page summary button. You’ll see a list of your team members and can invite them to collaborate on a note without entering email addresses manually.

As the note owner, you can give collaborators read-only or editor permissions. To learn more about sharing via link, Slack, Notion, or Confluence, please refer to the Sharing Note Guide.
