Ask Tiro lets you find what you need quickly, without reading through the whole note.Type a question in the chat, and Tiro answers based on the content of your note.
It uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to analyze your note and give accurate answers.
Click the number below an answer to see exactly which part of the note it drew from.
You can use it while recording, too. It answers based on the paragraphs created up to the moment you ask.

Step 1. Open Ask Tiro
Find Ask Tiro on the right of the note detail screen or in the right sidebar.
Step 2. Type your question
Enter your question in the chat.
Example: "What was the project deadline from the meeting we just had?"
Step 3. Check the answer and its sources
Tiro answers right away, based on your note.
Click the number (source) below the answer to see what it was based on.
You can use Ask Tiro on the mobile app as well. Ask about your notes anytime, even when you don't have your laptop.
When you make a new recording in the mobile app, a chat box appears at the bottom once recording stops.
To ask about an existing note, just type your question in the chat box at the bottom. Tiro will find the answer you're looking for.
You can copy both questions and answers. It's handy when you need to share something from a note with a friend or colleague from your phone.
On the note detail page, press Ctrl+F or Cmd+F to find sentences in the note that contain a specific keyword. Use it to quickly find a specific remark or decision in a long note, or to pull together everything about a person or topic at once.
