Tiro User Guide

Share, export to a file, and save to collaboration tools

In this article:

  1. Invite collaborators and create a share link.

  2. Export to PDF or Word.

  3. Export notes to Slack, Notion, and Confluence.

Heads up

You can't share or export a note while recording. The share and export buttons are active only while recording is paused.

On the note screen, click Share in the top right to share the note. You can share directly by entering an email, or share with a link.

  • Search by the name or email of attendees you registered earlier.

  • Enter a full email address to share with someone who wasn't registered in advance.

  • The note owner can give invited collaborators view-only or editor permissions.

Try it like this

Share the note with teammates ahead of time, then start recording so everyone can follow the conversation in real time.

Invited collaborators can then open the shared note.

  • Anyone with the link can view the note. You can share with people who don't use Tiro, too.

  • Password protection lets you share more securely.

Click Share > Export to PDF/Word to save your Tiro note as a file.

Share notes to Slack, Notion, and Confluence. Connect once, and you can export in a format optimized for the platform you use most.

In the top right, choose Share > the service you want.

Settings > Integrations also lets you connect and manage services.

In the new window, log in with the Slack account you want to connect. After logging in, click Allow. Once connected, the Tiro bot is added to your Slack.

Export > Slack opens a popup. Choose a channel, add a message, and send.

Your note is then posted to Slack.

In the new window, log in with the Notion account you want to connect. After logging in, choose the workspace you want to connect. Once connected, you can export notes automatically to that workspace.

Export > Notion opens a popup. Choose the Notion page where the Tiro note will be created and which note type to export.

Your note is then created in Notion.

In the new window, log in with the Confluence account you want to connect. After logging in, choose the space you want to connect. Once connected, you can export notes automatically to Confluence.

Export > Confluence opens a popup. Choose the space and parent page where the Tiro note will be created, and what to include.

Your note is then created in Confluence.
