This guide is for Enterprise organization admins. For everything the Enterprise plan can do, see Enterprise plan.
Check organization info and subscription (Overview)
On the [Overview] tab, check your organization’s basic info and subscription status.- See the plan, billing interval (monthly or yearly), payment state, and start and end dates.
- See the workspace count and people count at a glance.
- Edit the organization name.
Manage workspaces
On the [Workspaces] tab, create and manage the workspaces in your organization.- Create or delete workspaces. Deletion can’t be undone.
- Search workspaces by name, and see each workspace’s people count and creation date.
- Add or remove people and change roles from a workspace’s detail view.
Manage people and roles
On the [People] tab, manage the list and roles of people in your organization.- See each person’s name, email, and creation date.
- There are three org roles: Admin, Member, and Developer. An Admin can manage every setting on the [Organization] screen, a Developer has API and integration management permissions, and a Member is a regular member of the organization.
Review and export usage
On the [Usage] tab, analyze your organization’s usage and export it as CSV.- See recording minutes, note count, credit usage, and overage by day, week, or month.
- Break usage down by person and by workspace.
- Use the [Export] button to download per-person usage, usage over time, and per-workspace usage as CSV files.
Manage security policy
On the [Security] tab, turn organization-wide security policies on and off.- Personal info masking: Automatically hide personal information such as phone numbers, emails, and ID numbers in new notes across the organization. Existing notes aren’t affected.
Some security policies can’t be turned on from the screen directly and need you to contact us to enable them. These are policies configured together during onboarding.
Configured together during onboarding
Settings that tie into your corporate identity system, like SSO and SCIM, aren’t turned on directly from the [Organization] screen. They’re configured with our sales team during onboarding. Preparing these ahead of time makes setup faster. IP restrictions are separate: if the option is enabled for your organization, an Admin can add and edit IP ranges directly from the [Organization] screen.- SSO / SCIM: The IdP you use (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and others), SAML metadata, and the attribute mapping for automatic provisioning.
- External sharing controls: The list of company domains you want to allow sharing to.
